Wildlife

We saw this beefy robin near Raffles Square in Singapore.

Can you spot the lizard in the garden of our hotel in Darwin.

ps 25/10 It is a Jacky Lizard. Compared to French lizards he is big but later we met some really big Australian lizards (dragons and monitors).

We spotted this roo (probably a wallaby) when we took a country walk from Telegraph Hill in Alice Springs.

There are lots of these plover like birds around Alice Springs their calls are also Peewit like. But they are called Crested Pigeons.

These red headed parrots were in trees near the Ghan Railway museum.

They seem to have crests that they can raise.

We saw these green parrots in the Alice Botanical Gardens.

This small bird likes hanging upside down and seems to look for spiders and insects.

We saw these wagtail like birds in Alice Springs.

All the birds were photographed today 4 October.
